Does anyone know where I can take some old bamboo rods to get restored?

you might try talking to Greg at Greg's custom rods in Lake Stevens, but in February there is the international fly fishing expo coming to Lynnwood and they have several Bamboo rod builders there....

He's the best, very reasonable and simply does excellent work! rockon
